ABOUT THE CLIENT

Since its creation in 2004, the Fonds de compensation commun au régime général de pension manages the compensation reserve through a diversified portfolio subject to return and risk criteria in order to guarantee the long-term viability of the general pension insurance scheme of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

In this context, the FDC manages a real estate portfolio.

THE CONTEXT

Construction of the first administrative building of the Cité de la sécurité sociale was completed at the end of 2022. This building, which represents the first phase of the Cité, houses some 1,000 civil servants currently working in institutions of very different structures and sizes. The following institutions, most of which were located at the Social Insurance Office located on Route d’Esch, are now installed in this first building: AAA, AEC, CCSS, CMSS, CNS

Establishment of a governance structure, including a steering committee involving all the main project stakeholders.

Implementation and animation of a network of change ambassadors.

Creation of a wide variety of communication support materials (newsletters, posters, greeting cards, Welcome Book,…)

Creation of a visual and graphic charter for the project and of an Intranet including content production and animation.

Organisation and animation of different working groups.
