What You’ll Achieve

  • Mastering our Solutions: Become an expert on MindForest’s services to effectively communicate our value to clients.
  • Building Lasting Relationships: Engage with prospects, clients, and partners to build long-term, meaningful connections.
  • Leading External Communication: Coordinate our communication strategy by crafting engaging content, managing social media, drafting press releases, and organizing impactful events that showcase our expertise.
  • Growing Our Network: Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Empowering a Community: Develop an engaged community of change management professionals, both online and offline.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Maintaining deep knowledge of MindForest’s products and services.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Creating and implementing plans to meet the needs of clients and partners.
  • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Providing clients with comprehensive consultations on products/services to guide their decision-making process.
  • Collaborating closely with management and consultants to develop new products and solutions at MindForest, aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of the market.

About you

  • You’re a strategic communicator with a talent for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in community management, communication, or business development.
  • Proven experience in managing external communication, including content creation and digital platforms.
  • You excel in building relationships and have a proven track record of successful communication projects.
  • You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
  • You’re highly motivated, target-driven, with a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze, summarize, and present information clearly.
  • Project management skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using digital tools (video conferencing, collaborative platforms).
