What You’ll Achieve

Mastering our Solutions: Become an expert on MindForest’s services to effectively communicate our value to clients.
Building Lasting Relationships: Engage with prospects, clients, and partners to build long-term, meaningful connections.
Leading External Communication: Coordinate our communication strategy by crafting engaging content, managing social media, drafting press releases, and organizing impactful events that showcase our expertise.
Growing Our Network: Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Empowering a Community: Develop an engaged community of change management professionals, both online and offline.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Maintaining deep knowledge of MindForest’s products and services.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
Creating and implementing plans to meet the needs of clients and partners.
Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
Providing clients with comprehensive consultations on products/services to guide their decision-making process.
Collaborating closely with management and consultants to develop new products and solutions at MindForest, aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of the market.

About you

You’re a strategic communicator with a talent for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
You have 3-5 years of experience in community management, communication, or business development.
Proven experience in managing external communication, including content creation and digital platforms.
You excel in building relationships and have a proven track record of successful communication projects.
You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
You’re highly motivated, target-driven, with a positive, proactive mindset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to analyze, summarize, and present information clearly.
Project management skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Experience using digital tools (video conferencing, collaborative platforms).
