ABOUT THE CLIENT
- The client is a public company that operates the Luxembourg rail network. On the one hand, it provides passenger transport by rail and road, and on the other hand, the transport of goods carried out by subsidiaries. The company is also in charge of managing the railway infrastructure in Luxembourg.
- The company employs more than 4,500 people.
THE CONTEXT
In the context of corporate culture and the creation of a sense of belonging, the client defined corporate values in 2015. These were intended to create a common language and to guide employees in their daily behaviour.
However, it was not easy to identify with corporate values and to bring them to life in everyday work. This was the observation they made at the end of 2017.
MINDFOREST'S MISSION
MindForest accompanied the client in the deployment of corporate values, with the aim of linking them to the employees’ day-to day missions.
With respect to this project, MindForest’s main objectives consisted in:
Participating in the definition of a campaign designed
to support the application of these values
Helping employees
to take ownership of the values and deploy them in their daily work.
Implementing a structured process
to encourage collective reflection.

Encouraging employees to work on identifying compliant and non-compliant behaviour linked to each of the values

- Using the appreciative inquiry method (to activate positive memories and create a sense of belonging)
Collection of testimonies to provide content for the communication campaign
THE PROJECT OUTCOME
- This was the starting point for supporting values in everyday behaviour.
- In order to raise awareness of desired the behaviour.
- Actions were defined, in order to reinforce the practice of certain behaviour.
- Communicating behaviour and best practices based on these values.
- Creating testimonials that integrate the values.
